Meetings of the Task Force are open to the campus and the community. Meeting agendas and locations will be posted on the website in advance of each meeting. To facilitate attendance, each meeting will be accessible to Task Force members by conference call.
In addition to the two Co-Chairs, the Task Force will elect a secretary to record minutes of each meeting. Minutes will be taken and posted on the web site within 5 working days of each meeting.
