- COVID closures and reduced building access from March 16, 2020 through August 15, 2021
- Migration to Alma on June 24, 2020 with a resulting data analytics and reporting change
- Complete revision of collections expenditure categorization
- Student enrollment and course offerings
- Budget allocations and student fee income
